SELF-SERVE

Ideal for unmanned buildings such as residential properties or offices without anyone to manage incoming mail. Without the need to input any information via PC. The touchscreen accesses a pre loaded database with all staff/tenants in the office or building. Easy for any courier to use. Courier uses screen to designate a locker and an email is sent to recipient with unique pin code to collect their parcel.

Full Managed

Software is used to manage all inbound parcels. Software can be either cloud based or on premise, giving our clients flexibility on price and convenience.
All items are logged via inputting details to the software. A locker is assigned per delivery. The recipient is contacted via email with unique pin code or barcode, to then collect their item.
All deposits and collections are logged. Multiple notification options are available for those managing the lockers and for those who are collecting items. This is the Ideal solution for companies who want to manage their incoming mail solutions.

Outbound Use Cases

Not only can our lockers be used for incoming mail, but we can help certain items OUT of the property. Allow your staff/tenants to send items to the local service providers, an email will notify the company of an item for collection. Once the item is returned an email is sent back to the recipient ready to collect. This means items are dropped off and collected at everyone’s convenience.
